We directly carry out owner-led non-licensed and NNLW work within scope, while licensable work follows the HSE-licensed-contractor route.

Why It Matters
Asbestos Work Has Different Legal Categories
Some asbestos work is non-licensed, some is notifiable non-licensed work (NNLW), and higher-risk work is licensable. Work on sprayed asbestos coatings and asbestos thermal insulation such as pipe lagging requires an HSE-licensed contractor, and most AIB work is also licensable. Asbestos-cement work is not automatically licensed or automatically NNLW; the material condition and task determine the route.
Licensing
Licensable asbestos work may only be carried out by an HSE-licensed contractor. You can verify any contractor's licence status directly on the HSE website at hse.gov.uk: always check before you book.
Training
Training and competence must match the task. Shujaudin Mohammadi holds verified UKATA NL01 Non-Licensed Asbestos Operative training valid to 5 February 2027; this is an individual training credential, not an HSE contractor licence or company-wide certification.
Full Documentation
Customers receive the legally required paperwork applicable to the work and waste movement. The exact documents depend on the job classification, carrier/disposal route and whether any external analyst or licensed contractor is involved.

Waste Route
Asbestos waste follows the appropriate hazardous-waste route. Packaging, transport and documentation depend on the job and waste movement.

Job-Appropriate Paperwork
Customers receive the legally required paperwork applicable to the work and waste movement. Air testing or clearance documentation applies only where the job requires it.
