What We Can Verify

Defined Direct Work Scope
We directly undertake owner-led non-licensed asbestos work and NNLW where the work classification and additional duties apply. Licensable work must be carried out by an HSE-licensed contractor.
Verified Individual Training
Shujaudin Mohammadi holds verified UKATA NL01 Non-Licensed Asbestos Operative training through Asbestos Training Solutions Ltd, valid to 5 February 2027. This is an individual training credential, not a company licence or UKATA training-provider approval.
Survey, Laboratory and Analyst Providers
Where a formal survey, laboratory analysis or independent air-testing service is required, the provider and relevant credentials are confirmed for the individual job. No one fixed UKAS laboratory or analyst relationship is claimed site-wide.
Written Scope and Paperwork
The quotation states the work being offered. Customers receive the legally required paperwork applicable to the work and waste movement; the exact documents depend on the job and external providers involved.
How the Route Works
A Defined Route from Assessment to Handover
A free site assessment is for quotation purposes. If the property or planned work needs a formal survey, sample analysis, independent analyst or HSE-licensed contractor, that requirement is identified separately rather than being presented as an in-house service by default.

Every quotation is written for an agreed scope. The quotation states the relevant inclusions, exclusions and charges for that job; it is not represented as a universal no-change guarantee if the scope or site circumstances change.

Customers receive the legally required paperwork applicable to the work and waste movement. The exact document set depends on the job classification, waste route and whether an external laboratory, analyst or licensed contractor is involved.
Are you insured?
